Yes! The DOY|FILL 2K20 rotary filler born specifically to fill and seal Pre-Made bags. The filler can be, at the order moment or later, coupled with the Maker module by reel, so to create a real HFFS system, called DOY|STAR

Can be a top or corner spout applied by the machines?

The most effective feature of MACS machines is the modularity, thanks to their flexible concept. One of MACS major skill is exactly the application of pre-assembled corner or top spout on the bag by every Doypack machine model. References with and without spout can easily co-exist on the same machine

How can I manage bags dimensions difference?

Very easy, tool free changeover on all MACS machines range. Thanks to the possibility of Multiplicity changeover, the same machine can handle references of small bags in QUADRUPLEX as well as big bags in SIMPLEX configuration.

Is the Doypack technology available both for solids and liquids?

Answer

Solids, Liquids, Pasty, Powders…the limit of what kind of filling inside a Stand Up Pouch by MACS machines is only your imagination. A wide range of dosage units is available, to accomplish every customer need and tailor make a special designed solution, from the entry level up to the most challenging application.
